Ordering and Payment
Orders may be placed in-store, via phone, or online (if applicable).
Full payment is required before delivery or pickup.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, POS/Card Payments, Mobile Money (if applicable).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Electrical parts and special orders are non-returnable.
A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
If an incorrect item is supplied due to our error, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
Warranty
Some products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
We do not provide warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
Warranty claims must be supported by a valid purchase invoice and will be processed according to the manufacturer’s terms.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for damage, loss, or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification of spare parts.
Installation must be carried out by a qualified technician or mechanic.
Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility before installation.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is available upon request at the customer’s expense.
Delivery times depend on location and stock availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or delivery services.
